These terms apply when you buy tickets or products from filmclub.london (“we”, “us”, “our”) or attend our events. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. For any questions, contact us at hello@filmclub.london.
Tickets
- Buying a ticket gives you entry to the screening or event it is issued for, on the date and time stated.
- Tickets are personal to you. Please bring your confirmation (digital or printed) for entry.
- We may need to change the programme, time, or venue of an event. If we do, we will let you know as soon as possible, and where a change is significant you may request a refund.
- If an event is cancelled by us, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Ticket refunds requested by you are covered by our Refund & Return Policy: refunds are available up to 72 hours before the screening start time so we can reallocate the seat.
Products
- When you order a product, we will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed once we accept your order.
- Refunds on products are covered by our Refund & Return Policy: unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days, with return postage paid by the customer.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Conduct at events
We want our events to be welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe, without a refund. Please follow any reasonable instructions from us or the venue.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to provide our events and products as described. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that were caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
